  • Refunds: Refund policies vary by service type and are specified in project agreements
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways

Intellectual Property Rights

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables (website, designs, content) created specifically for their project. This includes custom code, designs, and content developed as part of the project scope.

Our Rights

We retain rights to:

  • Reusable code libraries, frameworks, and tools developed by us
  • Portfolio rights to showcase completed work (with client permission)
  • Methodologies and processes used in service delivery

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:

  • With explicit client consent
  • When required by law
  • To trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements
  • When information is publicly available

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Warranties

  • Services will be performed with professional care and expertise
  • Work will meet specifications outlined in project agreements
  • Bug fixes and corrections during warranty period (typically 30-90 days post-delivery)

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific business results, revenue, or rankings
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Compatibility with all third-party systems
  • Security against all cyber threats

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SarvTechs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Project Timelines and Delays

Project timelines are estimates based on available information. Actual completion may be affected by:

  • Delayed client feedback or approvals
  • Scope changes or additional requirements
  • Third-party dependencies
  • Force majeure events

Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • By Client: With written notice, paying for work completed to date
  • By Us: For non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive conduct
  • Mutual Agreement: By mutual consent with settlement of outstanding obligations

Revisions and Changes

Project agreements include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges. We will provide estimates for additional work before proceeding.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Clients are responsible for complying with third-party terms of service.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  1. Parties will first attempt to resolve through good-faith negotiation
  2. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation
